Rehab gym Doreen & Balwyn North
reHealth Rehabilitation Gym
Guided rehabilitation for recovery and performance
Recovery doesn’t stop when pain settles. Rehabilitation plays an important role in rebuilding strength, improving movement and helping you return to everyday life, work, sport and activity with greater confidence.
At reHealth, our rehabilitation gym programs combine guided exercise, education and movement support in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing an injury or chronic pain, rebuilding after inactivity or working towards performance goals, our team of practitioners create tailored programs designed around your body and stage of recovery.
We offer both one-on-one and group rehabilitation sessions across both our Doreen and Balwyn North locations.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the potential benefits of using a rehabilitation gym?
Do I need a referral to attend the rehabilitation gym?
While a referral is not required to attend the gym, you will need an initial assessment with one of our practitioners to determine the most appropriate program for your needs. Please note that a referral is needed for coverage under TAC or WorkCover.
Both our rehabilitation gyms are approved practice-based gyms under WorkSafe and TAC, which means patients with an approved gym program can use our facilities as part of their funded care.
