From acute pain and sporting injuries to long-standing chronic conditions and postural strains
I have a passion for skiing, the outdoors, woodwork and hands-on practical skills, which naturally complement my interest in movement, function and rehabilitation
I combine strong clinical knowledge with a practical, down-to-earth treatment style, and I think that combination matters.
Before osteopathy, I completed studies in Anatomy and Neuroscience at the University of Melbourne, which gave me a solid foundation in human movement, biomechanics and rehabilitation. I’m also actively involved in the osteopathic clinical teaching program through RMIT University, mentoring the next generation of osteopaths in private practice.
I treat a wide range of conditions, from acute pain and sporting injuries to long-standing chronic conditions and postural strains. I have a particular affinity for hip conditions and shoulder injuries, and I’m passionate about helping patients of all ages and backgrounds feel stronger, move better and return to doing what they enjoy.
Having spent many years training in the gym myself, I have extensive experience designing gym-based rehabilitation programs tailored to individual injuries, fitness levels and recovery goals. I’ve also worked alongside surgeons and within surgical settings, so I’m particularly comfortable managing pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation and working collaboratively with GPs and specialists to get the best outcome for each patient.
As a dad, I understand the constant juggle of work, family and everyday life, and I enjoy working with people who are trying to keep their bodies functioning through all of it.
Where appropriate, I incorporate dry needling and shockwave therapy into treatment plans to support recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury.
Outside the clinic, I love skiing, the outdoors, and woodwork, hands-on pursuits that, honestly, aren’t too different from what I do every day.
