When life starts to feel overwhelming

Life can feel heavy sometimes. Stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges and major life changes can all affect the way you think, feel and move through everyday life.

At reHealth, our psychology and counselling team provides a supportive space that may help you feel heard, understood and involved in your care. We take the time to understand your experiences, your goals and what support may help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult period, managing ongoing mental health difficulties or looking for support through life’s challenges, we’re here to walk alongside you at your own pace.

Support, redefined

Psychological support is tailored to your individual needs, experiences and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, your clinical psychologist works with you in an effort to understand what’s happening and look for the most appropriate way forward.

Support may involve a combination of talking-based therapies, practical strategies and structured psychological assessment, depending on your needs. We may draw on a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or commitment therapy, as needed.

A focus on children, adolescents, and family care

When a child or young person is struggling, it can affect the whole family.

Our psychologist has a focus on supporting children, adolescents and their families through the everyday challenges that come with growing up, from emotional wellbeing and behavioural concerns to anxiety, school difficulties and social challenges. We also work with parents and caregivers, because lasting change happens when the whole family feels heard and supported.
