NDIS
Helping You Move Towards Your Goals
NDIS support should be more than treating a physical problem. It should help you work towards meaningful goals, participate more confidently in everyday life and maintain or build your independence.
Whether your goal is to improve your mobility, build strength, manage pain, increase your confidence with movement, participate in physical activity or maintain your independence, our practitioners can work with you to develop an approach that reflects what you want to achieve.
Your practitioner will take the time to understand your circumstances, current abilities and goals before developing an appropriate approach to your care.

Understand
We’ll explain our findings clearly and discuss the options that may be appropriate for you.
We’ll consider your goals, preferences, abilities and individual circumstances when developing your approach to care.
Support
Your support may include exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, mobility and movement training, hands-on treatment, education or activity-based strategies where appropriate.
Your practitioner will monitor your progress and work with you to adjust your program as your needs change.
