Get the support you need
As a multidisciplinary clinic, our full range of allied health services is available to older Australians. Your practitioner will work with you to identify the right type of care for your needs and goals, and can connect you with other members of our team if needed.
We also run two focused programs particularly well suited to this stage of life.
GLAD program (hip and knee)
The GLAD program is an education and exercise program designed to support people living with hip and knee osteoarthritis. It combines practical education with supervised exercise to support pain management, function and confidence in movement.
We also offer the GLAD Back program, which follows the same evidence-based approach for people managing low back pain.
