Shockwave therapy
Shockwave therapy uses targeted acoustic waves to support tissue repair and movement in areas affected by persistent pain or soft tissue dysfunction.
Radial shockwave treats broader, more superficial areas, while focused shockwave targets deeper, more specific tissues. Both may be used for tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder concerns and other musculoskeletal conditions.

High-powered laser therapy
High-powered (or deep tissue) laser therapy uses focused light energy to support circulation, tissue healing and pain management.
Treatment is non-invasive and may be incorporated into broader rehabilitation and recovery programs (specifically in addressing acute and chronic conditions, and post-activity recovery).
Interferential therapy
Interferential therapy uses gentle electrical stimulation to support pain relief, circulation and muscle function. It’s non-invasive and is typically used to address musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms and swelling.
It may be used alongside hands-on treatment and rehabilitation exercises.
Ultrasound therapy
Ultrasound therapy uses soundwave technology to support soft tissue treatment and rehabilitation. This is a non-invasive, passive technology that is believed to reduce pain, increase blood flow and speed up healing for soft tissue injuries. It has also been shown to be helpful for women experiencing mastitis.
It may be used as part of a broader care plan.
Real-time ultrasound imaging
Real-time ultrasound imaging allows practitioners to assess muscle activation and movement patterns during rehabilitation and exercise-based treatment.
It may be used to support movement awareness and targeted rehabilitation strategies where appropriate, and is also useful when addressing pelvic floor dysfunction before and after pregnancy.
Dry needling
Cupping therapy
Cupping therapy uses suction-based techniques designed to support circulation, muscle relaxation and soft tissue mobility as part of hands-on treatment.
It creates negative pressure, which pulls the skin and underlying fascia upward to potentially increase blood flow, relax tight muscles and promote the body’s natural healing response.
Orthotic therapy
Orthotic therapy involves customised or supportive shoe inserts designed to help improve foot alignment, reduce strain and support movement and comfort.
They can generally be worn by anyone, from children with developmental concerns to elderly people with arthritis, and even athletes who’ve begun experiencing foot pain.
