Osteopathic techniques, dry needling, Pilates-based rehabilitation and practical self-management strategies
Running, recently completed the 2026 Tokyo Marathon alongside my dad and hope to one day run the New York City Marathon together for his 70th birthday
I’m a registered osteopath, certified Pilates teacher, and mum of two energetic boys, and I genuinely understand the physical demands of modern family life.
I treat patients of all ages and stages of life, from busy parents and active professionals to athletes and those managing chronic conditions. Whether it’s ongoing niggles, acute sports injuries, TMJ pain, headaches, cervical disc issues or postural strain, my focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger and function well in everyday life.
As a working mum, I deeply relate to the symptoms that stress and overwhelm can create in the body. I have a particular understanding of the exhausted, overrun parent who keeps pushing through while ignoring their own aches and injuries, because I’ve been there.
I practise what I preach. I’ve personally experienced and managed many of the injuries I treat, including hip, knee and foot injuries, and chronic neck pain and headaches associated with cervical disc dysfunction. That firsthand experience shapes the way I approach every patient.
I also have a strong affinity for supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period, understanding how the fatigue and physical strain of that stage of life show up throughout the body. My treatment approach combines osteopathic techniques, dry needling, Pilates-based rehabilitation and practical self-management strategies tailored to you.
Outside the clinic, I recently completed the 2026 Tokyo Marathon alongside my dad, and one day I hope we’ll run the New York City Marathon together for his 70th birthday.
