Musculoskeletal and sports injuries, orthopaedics, chronic pain conditions, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and geriatric rehabilitation

My personal hobbies:

Soccer, basketball, swimming, on-field physiotherapy, and hiking

I bring seven years of clinical experience across Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, including high-volume hospital settings, private clinics and community rehabilitation, exposure that has shaped the way I approach both acute and long-term care.

My focus spans musculoskeletal and sports injuries, orthopaedics, chronic pain, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions and geriatric rehabilitation. I’m certified in acupuncture, cupping therapy and Kinesio Taping, which I integrate with manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to support recovery and return to function.

Outside the clinic, I play soccer and basketball, swim, hike and stay involved in on-field physiotherapy.
