Have questions about the supported programs?
How do you support NDIS clients?
As an allied health provider, we’ve been providing excellence for people accessing the NDIS since 2012. Our comprehensive care means we tailor your treatment plan to you, no matter what your needs or goals are.
If you’re interested in clinical Pilates, we’re happy to work with you on that, or if you want to try osteopathy, you’re more than welcome to. As long as we’re working to address your NDIS plan goals and we believe the treatment may suit you, our physiotherapists and other practitioners are here to support you.
How does payment work?
Payment typically depends on the service you come to us through. For example, in many cases, if you see us through the DVA, you won’t have to pay, and many WorkCover claims cover the cost of treatment.
For plan-managed NDIS clients, we’ll directly invoice your NDIS support coordinator. If you’re on a self-managed plan, consultation fees need to be paid on the day, and we’ll give you a receipt for you to submit to the NDIS for reimbursement.
If you’re unsure how payment will work in your case, please contact us and we’ll find the answer for you.
